Terms & conditions

• The rates are quoted for one machine.  However depending upon your needs we can also deliver more than one machine.
• Delivery of the machine will be done within 7 days from the confirmed orders.
• Above rates are for standard fitting & tools with the machines. Any extra tools / accessories will be charged separately.
• Minimum billable hours per month will be 260 hours per month. (I.e for 10 hours / days, 26 days / month, 260 hours per month).  If the actual machine running hours are more than 260 hours invoicing for extra hours to be done @ hourly rate for prorata calculations.
• Minimum 260 Hours per month will be chargeable irrespective of work schedule of Customer & official government holiday.
• Breakdown hours will be considered off hired & will not be billed to Customer.
• The rate is for machine time + operator’s time.
• The machine can be off hired by giving one week notice period from either side. In case of failure to notify as above, the defaulting party shall pay compensation in lieu of notice to the non- defaulting party.  The said compensation shall be calculated on the basis of table mentioned above.
• Mobilisation charges on account of Customer. Demobilisation charges will be payable by BRI LLC. If the rental period is less than one (1) month than the Mobilisation & Demobilisation charges must be paid by the Customer.
• In case of damage to tyres due to misuse of machine, the cost of the tyres will be charged to Customer.
• The teeth and tips of the grabs, buckets and grapples for the Excavators will be charged to the Customer.
• Lubricants, top up oil, repairs, regular maintenance on account and arrangement of BRI LLC. Our Company provides high service to the Customer, has qualified mechanics from Europe, also the Russian, Dutch and German speaking specialists for the better understanding with our Customer.
• Food, accommodation & local transport for the operators and mechanics shall be on account and arrangement of Customer.
• Diesel for the machine to be paid by Customer.  Diesel used on the machine should be of the quality similar to the diesel sold by Adnoc / Eppco / Enoc.  (Government oil companies).  Maintenance arising out of use of non standard diesel will be charged to Customer.
• Insurance of equipment, including Third party liability & on account of BRI LLC.
  • In case of breakdown, BRI LLC shall provide replacement at no extra cost for mobilisation, subject to availability of similar machine.
• Invoice will be send at the end of each calendar month, which is payable within 30 days from the date of invoice. In case of delay in payment of invoices, late fees of 14% per calendar month will be charged from the invoice date.
• In case of delay in payment of invoice within 30 days, big rental international LLC, will have rights to withdraw the equipments from site.
